The frame is assembled as a complete, ready-to-hang piece. Your photo is printed on archival-grade photo paper, chosen for its richness and durability — designed to stay vibrant for decades.

The frame includes a protective layer of polished plexiglass and can be ordered with or without a passepartout (mat) depending on your preference. Passepartouts are matched to each frame size and applied to the full bundle.

Storyframes use removable magnetic pads — no nails and hammer required!

• Each frame connects to a magnetic pad placed on the wall.

• The magnets hold securely yet allow easy repositioning and swapping.

• To remove or reposition a magnet, pull it upward parallel to the wall (not toward you). This helps prevent wall paint damage.

• Over time, magnets may feel tighter on the surface — this is normal and expected with adhesive-based magnets.

Your Storyframes bundle arrives fully assembled — no tools, no fuss. Just unwrap, prepare your space, and mount your frames with ease. Here’s how to get started:

1. Prepare Your Wall

• Choose your placement and clean the surface — make sure it’s dry, dust-free, and smooth.

• Tip: Use a spirit level or measuring tape for precise spacing and alignment.

2. Position the Frame

• Each frame ships with its wall magnet pre-attached.

• Remove the protective layer from the sticky side of the magnet.

• Position the frame on the wall where you’d like it to sit.

• Double-check alignment — once placed, apply gentle pressure to secure.

3. Remove the frame

• Remove the frame from the wall and firmly press the magnet to secure it on the wall.

• Place the frame back on the magnet. The magnetic connection allows for small positioning adjustments so everything sits just right.

• Your wall becomes a curated space that can evolve over time.

4. Final Touch

• Peel off the protective film from the plexiglass to reveal a clean, clear finish with no marks or scratches.

• Shift a frame to a different magnetic spot

• Swap the location of two frames

• Rearrange your wall layout to your liking

Each frame stays securely mounted and can be moved as a whole — giving you the freedom to refresh your display without tools or hassle.

Our adhesive magnets work well on smooth, clean surfaces such as:

• Painted walls (matte, satin, or glossy)

• Glass

• Wood

• Metal

• Acrylic

• Tile

• Stone

For best results, the surface should be dry, dust-free, and free of peeling paint.

Avoid using magnets on:

• Fabric or cloth-covered walls

• Rough, wet, or damaged surfaces

• Poorly painted or flaking walls

• Wallpaper with texture or delicate finishes

These surfaces may not support secure adhesion and could affect removability.

Every Storyframe is crafted as a complete work of art — your chosen photo is printed and permanently set within a custom-made wooden frame to create a ready-to-hang piece that arrives just as you designed it.

Because each tile is built for your image alone, it’s not meant to be swapped or reused once assembled. We don’t offer the frames or prints separately — each set tells a story unique to you, and we want it to feel cohesive, complete, and lasting. Looking to add new chapters to your wall? Because Storyframes are personalized, they are exempt from the standard 14-day EU return right.

However, if your order:

• Arrives damaged

• Contains the wrong images or frame configuration

…we will offer a refund, replacement, or repair, depending on the situation.

Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photo evidence. In these cases, the product will need to be returned to us for inspection before the refund or replacement is confirmed.​

To initiate a return request:

1. Email info@storyframes.eu with your order number, photos, and a brief explanation of the issue.

2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions.

3. Ship the item using the approved method.

We respond to claims within 3 business days, and most resolutions are completed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
