  1. These Storyframes Website Terms and Conditions (hereinafter \u201cTerms\u201d) govern the use of the Storyframes website\/mobile application located at storyframes.eu<\/a>\u00a0(hereinafter \u201cWebsite\u201d) operated by Estoria O\u00dc (registry code 17158900, Harju County, Estonia, email\u00a0info@storyframes.eu,<\/a>\u00a0hereinafter \u201cSeller\u201d), and the users of the Website (hereinafter \u201cUser\u201d). These Terms regulate the legal relationships arising from the use of the Website and transactions conducted through it, as well as the general requirements for using the Website.<\/li>
  2. Users can use the Website to enter a contract with the Seller for the purchase of products and services offered through the Website (hereinafter also referred to as \u201cProduct\u201d or \u201cProducts\u201d). Before placing an order or using any services, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Users who do not agree with these Terms are prohibited from ordering Products from the Seller.<\/li>
  3. In addition to these Terms, the legal relationships between the Seller and the User are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016\/679), which must be followed for matters not explicitly addressed in these Terms.<\/li>
  4. The Seller prioritizes user privacy. The purpose of these privacy provisions is to clarify how the Seller collects, uses, discloses, transmits, and stores personal data. Seller values its User\u00b4s privacy and has implemented procedural and technical safeguards to protect the security and confidentiality of User\u00b4s personal Detailed privacy rules are provided in Section 7 (Privacy Policy) of these Terms.<\/li>
  5. The Seller collects information about Users arising from their use of the Website, including but not limited to:
    5.1. Account or profile creation (e.g., User\u00b4s name and email address);
    5.2. Order placement (e.g., name, contact details, delivery address, billing address, payment information);
    5.3. Participation in Seller-organized campaigns or surveys;
    5.4. Marketing and analysis purposes;
    5.5. Communication with Users, improving services, and notifications.
    Processing orders and<\/strong>\u00a0delivering Products<\/b><\/span><\/li>
  6. When sharing User data with third parties in accordance with the Terms and GDPR (e.g., analytics, advertising channels, third parties), the Seller ensures that User data receives equivalent protection as applied by the Seller. User data will be retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the above purposes. Users have the right to request the deletion or modification of their data in the Seller\u2019s database.<\/li>

    <\/span>Parties to the Transaction<\/strong><\/li>
  8. Seller: The Website is operated by Estoria O\u00dc (registry code 17158900, Harju County, Estonia, email\u00a0info@storyframes.eu<\/a>).<\/span><\/li>
  9. User: Users may be any individual at least 18 years old or any legal entity that confirms compliance with these Terms before conducting a transaction.<\/li>
  10. If the User is under 18 years old, they confirm by placing the order that their legal representative has authorized the transaction, or the transaction is conducted using means provided by the legal representative or with their consent.
    Product Prices, Availability and Information<\/strong><\/li>
  11. All product prices on the Website are in euros (\u20ac) and include the applicable VAT at the time of the purchase in the Republic of Estonia, as well as other taxes imposed by national or local authorities, unless otherwise stated in the Product description.<\/li>
  12. If the User requests delivery, they are responsible for paying the associated shipping costs (hereinafter \u201cShipping Costs\u201d), which are specified on the Website and depend on the delivery service provider and method.<\/li>
  13. The Seller reserves the right to change Product prices at any time. If prices change after the User has placed an order, the Seller shall sell the Product to the User at the price valid at the time the purchase transaction was completed.<\/li>
  14. All users accessing the Website must ensure that the information provided is accurate and complete. Individuals must be at least 18 years old or have legal consent from a parent or guardian to use the Users are responsible for complying with applicable laws and for ensuring that any content uploaded does not violate any third-party rights. In cases where images or personal data involve children, valid parental consent under EU law must be obtained. By continuing to use the Website or placing an order, you confirm your agreement with these Terms in full.<\/li>
  15. Your privacy and ownership of your images are of utmost importance to us. Any photo you upload to the Seller\u2019s Website shall remain your sole intellectual property. Seller do not claim ownership of your images, nor will Seller use, sell, or share them outside the context of producing your personalized print. Uploading images is entirely under your control; Seller cannot access your personal device storage or photo gallery unless explicitly permitted. If you wish to remove images or other personal data, you may request deletion at any time by contacting\u00a0info@storyframes.eu<\/a>.<\/span><\/li>
  16. Seller will erase your information promptly. Users are expected to refrain from uploading offensive, pornographic, or copyrighted material they do not own, and will bear full legal responsibility in the event of violations.<\/li>
  17. In compliance with the\u00a0General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016\/679, GDPR)<\/strong>, users must not upload or transmit sensitive personal data \u2014 including racial or ethnic origin, health information, sexual orientation, or religious beliefs \u2014 without explicit lawful consent. For information regarding GDPR obligations and rights, please refer to GDPR Article.<\/span><\/li>
  18. Seller\u00b4s implements industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted transmission, secure storage, and restricted access, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of personal information.<\/li>
  19. Seller provides services that may evolve over time to meet User needs and technological developments. Any changes to the services do not affect orders already placed. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their devices and ensuring proper conduct while using the Website. Seller reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for fraudulent or unlawful activity, or for violations of these Terms, without prior notice. While Seller strives to provide uninterrupted services, certain circumstances beyond our control \u2014 such as natural disasters, pandemics, labor strikes, supply chain disruptions, or governmental restrictions \u2014 may impact our ability to fulfill orders. In cases where such events persist for more than thirty days, either party may terminate the affected portion of the agreement, except for custom products already produced.<\/li>
  20. All content available on the Website, including designs, graphics, layouts, text, and logos, is owned by Seller and protected under EU copyright and trademark laws. Users retain full ownership of any content uploaded, granting Seller a limited license solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders. Users also agree to indemnify Seller against any claims or damages arising from infringement of third-party intellectual property rights related to submitted content.<\/li>
  21. Payments for products must be completed prior to order processing and may be made using secure methods such as credit or debit cards, mobile payments, or other trusted providers. Prices are displayed in euros (\u20ac), with User`s responsible for any currency conversion Payment information is encrypted and securely transmitted; full credentials are not stored by Seller. Orders may be canceled if payment fails or if fraud is suspected.<\/li>
  22. Customized products are crafted with care to match the uploaded images. Due to the unique nature of custom prints, minor variations in color, layout, or material are normal and not considered defects. Once production begins, cancellation for change of mind is not possible. Legal guarantees under EU law apply for defects present at delivery, and damage during transportation should be reported within forty-eight hours with photographic evidence. User`s bear responsibility for installation and environmental exposure, which may affect durability or appearance over time.<\/li>
  23. Delivery terms may vary based on location and selected shipping Seller strives to provide accurately estimated delivery dates, but these are not guaranteed. Typical delivery times are 2\u20137 business days within Estonia and 5\u201315 business days for international orders. Users are responsible for providing correct delivery information. In case of damaged or incorrect products, replacements are provided only if timely notice is given and photographic evidence is submitted. Faulty or damaged items must be returned to Seller for inspection.<\/li>
  24. If the Seller refuses to fulfill the Order due to violations of law, or the presence of offensive, discriminatory, or potentially harmful materials, the prepayment made by the User shall not be refunded. If, at the time of cancellation, the Seller has already commenced work, the Seller shall be entitled to retain the production costs incurred or issue an invoice to the User for their reimbursement. \u201cProduction costs\u201d shall mean the actual expenses incurred by the Seller in preparing and executing the Order (including, but not limited to, the development of layouts, procurement of materials, labor costs, and other related expenses).<\/li>
  25. Seller has the right to unilaterally amend the Terms, in whole or in part, without prior notice. The amendments will take effect from the moment they are published on the Storyframes website at www.storyframes.eu. If the User submitted an order before the amendments to the Terms took effect, the legal relationship between the User and the Seller shall be governed by the Terms valid at the time the order was placed by the User, unless otherwise provided by law or in the Terms.<\/li>
  26. The parties to the Terms are liable to each other for any damage caused by a breach of the Terms in accordance with the cases and extent provided by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. The Trader is not liable for any damage caused to the User or for delays in the delivery of the Goods if the damage or delay is due to circumstances beyond the Trader\u2019s control and which the Trader could not foresee or have been expected to foresee (force majeure).<\/li>
  27. The User and the Trader shall seek to resolve any disputes arising from the use of Estoria O\u00dc, the conclusion of a contract, or the performance thereof through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the User has the right to contact the Consumer Disputes Committee operating under the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (https:\/\/komisjon.ee\/en), a court, or use the Online Dispute Resolution platform operated by the European Commission (ODR platform \u2013 https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr\/). In the event of taking the matter to court, the User and the Trader have agreed that the competent court shall be the one in jurisdiction where the Trader is located.<\/li>
  28. If the User is a legal entity or a sole proprietor, the provisions relating to consumer-specific rights (so-called consumer protection provisions) shall not apply to the agreement.<\/li>
  29. These Terms may be updated periodically. Updates are effective upon publication on the Website and apply to new Seller encourages users to review the Terms regularly to remain informed about their rights and responsibilities.
